Shipping and Handling (S&H) charges- This includes the cost of shipping, packing materials, and time (both packaging and travel to the Post Office).  In addition, Ebay and Paypal charge a percentage on this cost.  I try to provide a flat cost shipping price so you know what you pay prior to the purchase. I’m not trying to make money on the S&H charges, but want to explain all the costs associated with shipping the item.
